Bay Heavy Certification Services was established to provide you with reliability and stress-free services. Our experience and expertise in the industry allow our hardworking team to provide you with high quality, time efficient and budget friendly services.
We also offer certification service from South Taupo to South Palmerston North — The minimum charge out is $500 and at least
24 hours notification is required. Travelling outside of Bay of Plenty and the Waikato area is on a job by job basis — Do not hesitate to call us for more information on where we can certify your vehicle.

OUR SERVICES

Carry out certification (LT400’s) on all types of Load Anchorages and towing connections for heavy vehicles (GVM greater than 3500 kg).
For Towing:
Towbars up to 3500kg
Drawbeam
Drawbars
5th Wheels
Re-certification on draw beams and drawbars, up to a maximum total life of 20 years

Maximum rating depends on the vehicles manufacturers rating, any applicable restrictions imposed by the NZTA.
For Load Anchorages:

Container Lock beams
Ferry Tie Points
Headboard Ratings

Dependant on the vehicles GVM as specified by the manufacturer of the vehicle.
